I need bring ?
All
Clients need a copy of their passport when signing a contract.
2. What are the documents
I need to sign ?
You
and the contractor will sign a Contract Agreement.
3. When do I receive the keys
to my property ?
You
receive the keys to your property when all payments are complete
and the building is approved by you the client.
4. What payment plan
do you offer ?
In
the contract Agreement we offer the following payment plan
in 5 stages:
At signing agreement, before construction starts, you make 1st payment - 50%
of the total sum,
When construction starts, you make 2nd payment – 20%
When foundation is laid, you make 3nd payment - 30%
When roof is on, you make 4rd payment - 20%
When handing over the keys, you make the last payment - 20%.
5. Do you give any discounts
?
We
give discounts in the following cases:
If you make a lump sum payment, the discount is:
Before construction starts - 10%
When foundation is laid - 7%
When roof is on - 5%
If you buy 2 or more apartments, we offer 10% discount
If an investor buys an apartment block, percentage of discount is negotiable.
6. Are there any guarantees
and regulations of Sosua Ocean Village I should be aware of
?
You
will be offered Sosua Ocean Village Condo Regulations to read
and to sign together with a Sales Agreement.
